Abstract :
High efficiency, deep-blue organic light-emitting devices (OLEDs) with undoped and doped structures are fabricated. By using oligo(phenylenvinylene) derivatives as blue emitter, the maximum luminance efficiency of OLEDs attains 3.67 and 4.76 cd/A, corresponding to the undoped and doped device. The CIE coordinates of them are (0.15, 0.15) and (0.15, 0.12) at 1000 cd/m2, respectively
