Abstract
The author provides an equivalent circuit for drift-dominated conduction in liquids with AC excitation. The circuit includes the temporal characteristics of terminal current, bipolar charge densities, and electric fields along with spatial values of electric fields and bipolar charge densities for parallel-plate (steel) electrodes with nitrobenzene as the dielectric liquid. Polarization at the electrodes and the effects of semiconductor particles are also included
