  • Abstract
In order to promote the economic growth pattern´s transformation, adjust the economic and industrial structure, and improve the capability and level of service to central economic zone, the problems of modern logistics development in Henan Province were analyzed. Taking resources and products advantages into consideration, the eight categories of logistics, namely grain, coal, etc., was proposed as the focus of logistics development. Through OD survey and by means of linear regression, time series method, the total logistics demands in Henan Province were studied. Then the overall spatial layout logistics was identified, and the modern logistics network supported by regional logistics hub, integrated logistics park and professional logistics center was established as well. By analyzing the development condition of the 3PL(Third-Party Logistics), the method of demonstration analysis was applied to analyze the specific strategies for reasonable development of 3PL in Henan Province. Eventually, the big logistics system, which takes Zhengzhou as the development core, covers the whole Henan province and radiates to surrounding areas, was determined. Research indicates that the new logistics system can adapt to the needs of the logistics market, accelerate the pace of informational effectively, optimize the allocation of resources, and promote the overall competitiveness of modern logistics in Henan Province.
