Abstract
A new method is proposed to estimate the parameters of sea wave structure in a coastal zone. This method is based upon innovative modeling of diffused electromagnetic reflections from coastal waves and Doppler measurements. Design analysis of a radar sensor, which synergistically integrates both types of measurements, is presented.
