Using Communication Technology for Automation Negotiation in E-Commerce Environment

Communication is more important in negotiation, which is a complex task in e-commerce environment. Firstly, in this paper, the browser/server (B/S) structure is employed for communication, in which the running regulation is analyzed and the communication mechanism amount parties is founded. And then, the key technologies such as JSP, CGI and Java servlets used in the model are discussed. At the same time, the negotiation protocol and negotiation process are also given. In the end, an automatic negotiation system based web for e-business is developed in the end, by which, the parties in business can reach mutually beneficial agreements.
