Abstract
Credibility risk endangers the healthy development of e-commerce. The early-warning system of indicators for e-commerce credibility risk is the core of the early-warning management of e-commerce credibility risk and is also the basis for establishing a comprehensive assessment model of e-commerce credibility risk. The early-warning system of quantitative indicators for e-commerce credibility risk includes six categories of secondary indicators and twenty-three third-degree indicators. They are e-commerce information credibility risk, e-commerce product credibility risk, e-commerce trading credibility risk, e-commerce logistics credibility risk, e-commerce after-sale service credibility risk, e-commerce legal credibility risk.
