The Realization of Power Company Comprehensive Information Management System

Due to most of the power company´s application systems running in different platforms, being with different data formats and incompatibility between systems, a information island is formed one by one. Based on a service-oriented architecture (SOA), a scheme of power information system basis data integration has been proposed. It is an information system integration architecture oriented Internet environment, which can achieve inter-agency business integration by connecting the cross-platform, functional independence and reusable service entity. So, it effectively integrates various major applications in enterprise, makes use of good data structure of XML, establishes a data sharing platform for each heterogeneous data sources, improves the management and production efficiency, also is a trend of future power enterprise information management.
