Abstract :
High-precision suppression technology for the cold rolling mill control precision of hydraulic AGC system is put forward higher requirements. On the basis of related theory introduction, the article respectively analyzes the forward feedback AGC, monitor AGC system and a second flow control AGC system in detail, and expounds the various factor´s influence on the control precision of the system. In addition, this article also makes reasonable modeling analysis and simulation for each main part, which provides the basis for optimization design of hydraulic AGC system of cold rolling mill and the research of the control performance.
