Research on the model of risk identification of container logistics outsourcing based factor analysis

When bringing the enterprises competitive and beneficial advantages, the container logistics outsourcing also brings them lots of risks. Container logistics outsourcing risks are caused by many factor, these factors also have their own fuzzy. Therefore, its risk factor for effective identification is the foundation and prerequisite of container logistics outsourcing risk management. Based on the container logistics outsourcing risk characteristics, the model of risk identification for container logistics outsourcing based on the factor analysis is established. The risk factors of container logistics outsourcing are selected through the Delphi method firstly, then, the key risk factors of container logistics outsourcing are identified using SPSS software and factor analysis model. Finally, a use of the model example shows that the model is easy to operate, simple and practical advantages.
