Abstract :
New third generation mobile communication standards have been developed and will be in practical use in the near future, while various first and second generation standards continue to exist. There is the demand of radio receiver platforms which can support multiple standards. This paper presents a number of system issues and design considerations that are involved in the design of a wideband multi-standard digital receiver
