Abstract :
By analyzing the reality production patterns of supply chain system and the reliability theory, we know that the nodes of reliability structure should be equal to each other, and the demand of the Manufacturer is much more than the production of only one equal node in the supply chain as usual. So this paper will subdivide the different scale enterprise nodes into some equal nodes with the same ability of production, and use Majority Voting System to analyze the reliability of subsystem of the whole supply chain instead of Parallel Connection system. Thus, a practical and reasonable method is advanced to calculate the reliability of typical irreparable supply chain system and Markov reparable supply chain system.
