Notice of Retraction
After careful and considered review of the content of this paper by a duly constituted expert committee, this paper has been found to be in violation of IEEE´s Publication Principles.

On the basis of comparison of BPR, TQM and ERP, discussing the internal failure reason of BPR. This paper found that BPR should be treated as one component of the business improvement, and integrated with other management measurement.
