Abstract :
To achieve higher education internationalization and cultivate the more new comprehensive talents, it is necessary to have the better and rapidly connects with the international community. According to the intrinsic relation between computer and English, and the importance of computer courses for implementing bilingual teaching in financial and economical colleges, a more perfect and effective method of bilingual teaching based on years of teaching experience in practice is proposed in this paper. In addition, a new teaching mode which can improve the comprehensive capacity of undergraduates is also introduced in this paper. It can build a good basis and provide a feasible approach to educate the comprehensive talents by performing bilingual teaching that are needed urgently in international communities.
