Abstract :
For resolving the paradox of knowledge sharing, this paper puts forward the concept of harmonious management of organization knowledge (HMOK) by introducing the "hexie " idea in ancient China, analyses the theoretical characteristics of the organization knowledge hexie and the ways to implement it. This paper also puts forward using K-blog to bring the HMOK into practice. On the basis of the analyses of the connotation and the merits of K-blog, this paper discusses the mechanism of K-blog facilitating organization knowledge hexie, and points out that the development strategies of K-blog oriented organization knowledge hexie should start from establishing the strategy of HMOK, constructing management system, building harmonious circumstances.
