Abstract :
Project managers face increasing pressure to make sure that projects are completed on time and within budgets. As a result, project managers must manage teams and resources for optimal efficiency, but managing complex workflow associated with multiple projects can be time consuming and costly. To address these challenges, they must find new ways to manage workflow and create efficiencies in everyday processes to accomplish more with design teams get bigger and more geographically dispersed, it underlines the need to find better ways to manage information and streamline communication with project team members and stakeholders around the globe. This work provides insight into how project managers can leverage technology in day to day processes to collaborate more effectively with their teams and better manage information and workflows across the lifecycle of projects. It has been implemented today to maximize resources, reduce errors and ensure better project outcomes and help engineers learn how to connect people with the processes
