Abstract
Support resources planning level evaluation is a complex system evaluation problem. Aiming at its complexity, uncertainty and multiattribute decision characteristics, D-S evidence theory method was adopted to deal with support resources planning level evaluation problem. Firstly, evaluation index system of support resources planning level was presented. On the basic of the index system, support resources evidence combinational model was founded. Secondly, support resources planning level evaluation result had been gained through integrating all kinds of information of every expert. The result showed evaluation process was much more reasonable by D-S evidence theory. Finally, the simulation example showed the applicability and superiority of the theory in support resources planning level evaluation.
