    This paper examines the definition of the risk generated by business process from a holistic perspective of business process management, and considers that business process risks comprise risk from operational environment of business process, risk from the main part of business process, and risk from the object of business process. The paper also analyzes the four milestones of risk management in business process, such as risk identification, risk evaluation, risk control, and risk management effect analysis. Finally, the paper conducts an empirical study of Changyue Fastening Pieces Co. Ltd., and draws its main business process chart so as to study its risks and propose the BPR framework based on risk analysis.
