Abstract :
Cyber-Physical Systems (CPS) are integrations of computation and physical processes. The powerful processors and variety of sensors equipped in mobile Internet devices can be leveraged to build cyber-physical applications that collect sensor data from the real world and communicate it back to services for processing and aggregation. In this paper, we present a design of a framework which can provide common functionality for mobile CPS applications. The key functionality of the framework is to capture various types of mobile contexts, store them in context repository, infer appropriate situations for the given contexts, display the context and reasoning results graphically, and invoke services for the inferred situation. By using the framework, mobile CPS application can be efficiently developed and managed.
