  • Abstract
Recently, especially in Japan, to raise creative students is one of the most important subjects. In the authors\´ Department (The Department of Systems and Control Engineering in Osaka Prefectural College of Technology), a curriculum named "Case study on Design of Mechatronics Systems" is set and various autonomous robots had been made by students. Succeeding the past achievements, they fixed the theme of 1998 year "Musical Performance Robot". The students made a perfect robots and they performed an ensemble at their Cultural Festival.
