  • Abstract
    By the application of managerial cybernetics, including the law of requisite variety and viable system model, this paper analysis manufacturing interorganizational coordination, and interorganizational information system (IOS) under environmental uncertainty by a typical case study in automobile company. The results show that the fit between environmental uncertainty, interorganizational coordination, and IOS can determine the performance of coordination significantly, and performance is better when coordination is active and IOS is frequently used under the condition of high environmental uncertainty. This paper testifies validity of managerial cybernetics´ application in organizational research, and it also can show management implication for interorganizational managerial practices
