Abstract :
Agriculture production planning is a combined optimization problem. Conventional algorithms failed to address the complex interactions of many categories of factors. To remedy this problem, an algorithm based on genetic algorithms is proposed in this paper. Real data from a state owned farm is introduced to make experiment study. The experiment results show that this algorithm is better in performance than other farming planning methods like the greedy algorithm
