Marine Police Vessel Berthing Program Evaluation Based on Grey Correlation

In this paper, based on marine simulator gray correlation model is established, using multi-objective decision making to establish evaluation index system of ship berthing, berthing typical extraction conditions on the four berthing program for comparison. The results show that the distinction degree evaluation results can determine the method to avoid the target weight is too subjective shortcomings. The method is feasible and effective for the marine police vessels berthing in the quantitative evaluation.
