Abstract
In this paper, we report an evaluation model for the competitiveness of Xi\´an high-tech industry zone based on Michael Porter\´s theory of competitive advantage. We set up a competitiveness evaluation index system, employed SPSS statistical software, analyzed and compared different industries in the high-tech zone based on a "key factor" calculation model. The results and analyses were found to be useful for improving the competitiveness of various industries in the high-tech zone
