  • Abstract
    To improve time-to-market and productivity in the development of embedded systems, product line based development method is suggested in this paper. This method is comparable with component-based development methodology and has differences in the degree of reusability. The product line based method, which is applied to embedded system development, becomes a part of our planned development methodology. Product line technology separates two processes from the traditional component-based development process; one is product line development and the other is product development process. Our research is on doing and the current status is introduced in form of disciplines, processes and effects by using it
