  • Abstract
    OFDMA based future IMT Advanced system is viable to meet multiband-bandwidth UE coexistence compared with the CDMA based system. In this paper, multi-bandwidth UE coexistence is firstly analyzed from multi-RF Carrier requirement, common control resources arrangement, and forward and backward compatibility side. Then key method, which are downlink protection band using, radio resource allocation, and carrier adjustment related to multiband-bandwidth UE coexistence, is given.
