Abstract :
MoBISAT, which is the mobile broadband interactive satellite access technology system, has been developing in ETRI for three years since 2003. It can provide high-speed multimedia Internet services on Ka-band and DBS signals on Ku-band to the passengers and crews for land, maritime, and air vehicles via GSO satellites. In this paper, a structure of the MoBISAT system and a management scheme and features especially in the MoBISAT system are described
