Abstract :
This paper describes the network protocol which keeps the software counters synchronized over network. The time keeping system uses the clock as a time offering server. Another four clocks, as clients synchronize their local clocks with the server clock and the other clock distributes on a TCP/IP network system. The system was coded in JAVA and the flow charts are given in the system design.
