    In order to compensate the shortage of single expert system (ES) method and single artificial neural network (ANN) method in the intelligent diagnosis, the paper develops a relatively widely used diagnosis system which integrates the ES, ANN and “human mind”. It has been applied successfully to an intelligent integrate power supply diagnosis system
