Abstract :
Our push-pull dc/ac inverter for large electroluminescent lamps consists of a new ZVCS resonant push-pull dc/dc converter. It converts a low input voltage (battery) to a high voltage (about 300 V) at high conversion efficiency. We can convert the high voltage by a half-bridge inverter for application to the electroluminescent lamp load, by 1200 cm2 (A3), and an electrical equivalent circuit with Req = 171 Ω and Ceq = 700 nF.
