Abstract
This paper introduces a kind of system applied to the generator of airborne phased array radar clutter. This system of clutter data adopts the pre-storage way of offline data counting, which output simultaneous testing data, because of its complexity. The text gives detailed elaboration about the counting method of the generator of airborne phased array radar clutter spectrum, and involves the change of clutter spectrum under the condition of range ambiguity and speed ambiguity .the spherically invariant random processes (SIRP) method is used to produce K-distributed clutter data. The experiment indicates this system can provide a good testing environment for airborne phased array radar test.
