Abstract :
The paper presents results of research double-gap cavity formed by the penultimate and last resonators of multibeam klystron. It is shown that the amplitude of the longitudinal components of the electric field in the gaps of the double-gap cavity differ significantly, when coupling slot is rectangular. Reduce the difference in the amplitudes was using a Π-shaped coupling slot.
