Abstract :
Railway track condition monitoring is necessary to ensure the safety of train running. Author developed monitoring system for track condition. It can be fitted in an existing railway checking carriage. It uses data collection and multimedia technology. The article discusses the system´s structure, the selection of hardware and software, the method used in developing it, key routes, and methods of applying the system
