Abstract :
In this paper a broad band beam forming network are presented which can be used in the TACAN systems. More over the details for design and simulation are given. Results from simulation indicated that the network is suitable for broadband operation such as TACAN Radar systems (0.960-1.22 GHz). This beam forming network is design using strip line technique. The thickness of the air substrate is 320 mil. For Simulation and optimization of this beam forming network is used ADS.
