Abstract :
The superiority analysis based on a connection matrix of gray statistics is an approach that hedges some basic but unnecessary qualifications, so it has been restricted in its application. This paper presents an improved approach of superiority analysis formed by combining connection analysis with the idea of TPOSIS (technique for order preference by similarity to ideal solution). It is applicable to general superiority analysis problems with many factors. A practical application of the approach is given to show its feasibility
