Abstract :
At present the automatic allocation and compound of dyestuff is a key technique for our dyeing industry. Here a new automatic system for compound of dyestuff is proposed. In the system, a multiphase control is introduced and studied in details. Our study shows that the fuzzy auto-tuning PID control will be more suitable for the automatic allocation and compound than single PID or fuzzy control only and the test running results of the new system shows that our design is successful
