  • Abstract
    Abstract-To solve the defect of requiring no noise (High SNR) in the algorithm of speed estimation using wavelet, this paper propose an improved local extrema identify method, which can identify the authenticity of local extrema though the amplitudes between them. The simulation based on several speed scenarios of LTE shows the performance of improved algorithm is much better than that of the original algorithm in high, medium, and low speed, respectively.
