Abstract :
In the paper, the fuzzy rule is looked on as a corresponding relation between language values and their degree. Thus, a concept of degree function is presented. Consequently, the fuzzy reasoning is changed into simple symbolic inference and functional computation, and the fuzzy control is realized by three steps: number/(language value, degree) conversion, (language value, degree) transformation and (language value, degree)/number conversion
