Abstract :
This paper studies and analyzes the low noise amplifier applied for 2.4GHz RFID reader fused MGA-665P8. The design introduces low noise amplifier´s circuit structure and the principle of work. In the circuit, the schematic simulation and co-simulation are offered to obtain the S parameter and noise figure and two types of results have a comparison. It is confirmed that the results can be in good with the difference with the actual circuit. Finally the text proposes some measures to improve the disadvantages.
