Abstract :
Focusing on strong nonlinearity and cutting uncertainty of inverted plasma cutting power supply, this paper proposes a fuzzy controller of cutting inverter with the nonlinear control method, thereby optimizing dynamic properties of the system. The SIMULINK simulation technology is used. Focused on steady-state precision, robustness, response speed and other control indexes, comparative simulation experiments between fuzzy and conventional PI control algorithms were made respectively under constant non-disturbance steady-state condition, a periodic load disturbance condition, and periodic load disturbance condition. The results show that the power with fuzzy controller has perfect steady robustness, and system response speed and harmonic suppression ability improve.
