Abstract :
Analyzes the distributing characteristics of coal and gas outburst electromagnetic radiation signal´s power spectrum theoretically, and the signal´s connection with the radiation resource, introduces the hardware construct and main characteristics of the monitor equipment for coal and gas outbursts and electromagnetic emission. This monitor equipment has been put into practice in a coal mine, which provides correct original data for the analysis and forecast of coal and gas outbursts
