  • Abstract
    The way of mould oscillation and the parameter of oscillation have the great influence on the improving casting speed and the quality of the casting billet surface. The paper mainly introduced the regulation of non-sinusoidal oscillating, comparing with the sinusoidal regulation, analyzed the advantage of non-sinusoidal oscillating regulation. And the paper introduced the technology of mould oscillation and the characteristics of hydraulic oscillating device of continuous casting machine, and showed structure principle of mould hydraulic non-sinusoidal oscillating control system based on LABVIEW. The system can change oscillating waveform according to requirement of continuous casting process, and it can adjust the oscillating parameters on-line, so as to improve control precision effectively, and improve the level of continuous casting automation.
