Abstract
The experience of using a computer-based monitoring system RITMON (Biosignal Ltd., Russia) exploitation in a CCU is presented. The system provides continuous 24-hour ECG monitoring of 4 patients with full storing of the signal and following ECG disclosure. The analysis of the data obtained in defecting arrhythmia and ischemia changes showed that the availability of the full ECG storing and disclosure is a monitoring feature which is very important for accurate and timely diagnostics of heart disturbances in patients with acute coronary diseases
