  • Abstract
    Enterprise financial risk is a risk produced by uncertain factors in the process of enterprise fund movement. Small and medium-sized enterprises in china often due to financial crisis produced by financial risk. In order to make small and medium-sized enterprises have a clear understanding for financial situation and increase the anti-risk capacity and survivability, an evaluation method of financial risk based on fuzzy set of evaluation index is proposed on the basis of analysis of the advantages and disadvantages of methods. It makes use of fuzzy system evaluation indexes to construct the fuzzy sets, of which the fuzzy membership function is defined by the accessible extent of fuzzy sets. With the fuzzy analytic hierarchy process(FAHP),a new method which is fit to multiayer system of evaluation indexes is put forward.
