  • Abstract
In imaging laser warning system, the spatial distribution of CMOS light-sensitive sensor array is expounded. When locating the center of laser spots, the non-light-sensitive area of the CMOS sensor makes the distortion of the laser spot point spreading function, so it induces locating error. Fill factors with different value affect the locating precision are discussed, and different diameter laser spots affected by fixed fill factor are analyzed. The locating standard deviation is emulated by Monte Carlo analysis, and an experiment is made to verify the analysis. The experimental result is consistent with the Monte Carlo analysis. It has guiding value for analyzing the orientation precision and selecting the parameters of the CMOS sensor and fish-eye lens, when imaging laser warning system is built up.
