  • Abstract
    The LMRE is an important device for railway maintenance, the LMRETB is designed for testing the LMRE lifting high, lifting pressure and sinkage after keeping pressure 3 minutes. Firstly, the test index is given and the measure working process is described. Secondly, the position measure method is proposed, the calibration is used in the position measure progress, and the forecasting compensation is studied for deducing the position measuring error. Lastly, the pressure measure calibration method is presented in this paper. The measure experiments results show that the LMRETB works reliably, the measure processes is accurate, and the position measure method and the pressure measure method are feasible, and the LMRETB may meet the test index.
