Abstract
According to the moderately Hyper-traffic strategy, the index system about regional highway communication and economic development is established, which is used to evaluate relational grades based on the gray relative theory. After the economic index and the traffic index of previous year are relatively assessed, the conclusion turns out that hyper strategy is remarkable influence on the economic development of Hebei in China. Obviously the hyper-strategy decision of regional government is supported by this theory argument, and the analyzed result is the basis of the study on adaptability and coordination between the highway traffic and economy of districts in terms of the theory of complex systems.
