  • Abstract
    Most studies on biological networks until now focus only on pairwise interactions/relationships. However interactions/relationships involving more than two molecules are popular in biology. In this paper, we introduce multivariate mutual information measures to reconstruct multivariate interactions/relationships in biological networks.
