  • Abstract
    The rapid fusion and integration of road network and dynamic traffic data is vital for real-time road vehicle navigation. Yet current navigation electronic map and geographical information systems (GIS) are not well adapted to the real-time dynamic traffic navigation data integration and integrated Spatio-temporal database manipulation. This paper brought forward the principles, methodologies, integrative road network and dynamic traffic data spatial-temporal data model architecture and prediction method of short-time traffic parameters, which will provide a reference foundation for a high efficient multi-scale, multi-modal new vehicle navigation and LBS system.
