Abstract :
This paper brings system-on-a-chip (SoC) design principles to the field of microelectromechanical systems (MEMS). Herein presented is a system-level approach to the development of SoC models that characterize fluid flow in BioMEMS devices. A detailed analysis of fluid flow model development is provided.
