Abstract
Summary form only given. Electrostatic dust-cyclotron surface mode propagating on the interface between a vacuum and a semi-bounded magnetized dusty plasma is kinetically studied by using the Vlasov-Maxwell equations and the specular reflection boundary condition. We assume that the electrostatic dust-cyclotron surface mode is propagating along a static external magnetic field line. We also assume that ions are drifting along the magnetic field line relatively to electrons and dust particles. It has been found that the EDC surface mode can be unstable when the ion drift velocity is larger than the phase velocity of the wave. The growth rate can be increased with the increase of negative charges of the dust particles.
